Our Returns Policy

You may return most unused items in their original condition within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
  • We cannot accept returns on inflatable beds and air beds that have been unpackaged or used for hygiene reasons

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return:

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate your return. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  3. Include the completed returns form (see template below) inside your package.

  5. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping Options

You may choose your preferred return shipping method:

  • Standard Return: Use DHL or FedEx for faster processing (typically 10-15 days)
  • Economy Return: Use EMS for more affordable shipping (typically 15-25 days)

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal refunds are usually immediate or may take 3-5 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or model:

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items once opened or used:
