Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx):
– Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Flat rate of £12.95
– Recommended for faster delivery
Free Economy Shipping (EMS):
– Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
– Free for orders over £50
– Most economical option
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations.

Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our camping gear, but if something isn’t right, our straightforward returns policy makes it easy to return or exchange items.
Our Returns Policy
- Most unused items can be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be in original condition with all packaging and tags
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items once opened or used:
- Air Beds and Inflatable Beds
- Air Bed Pumps
- Camping Pillows
If you receive a defective item from these categories, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
How to Return an Item

Return Shipping Options
